1:1 sessions are totally bespoke to you - what you are wanting to achieve, or any areas you want to focus on.
Each class will be different and we will work with how you're feeling and moving on that day. We will introduce small equipment such as stability balls, gliders, magic circles, blocks, resistance bands and light handheld weights/ wrist weights, to ensure you are maximising your movement. You’ll be given guidance depending on what it is you want to achieve, or anything you want to try.
As all the focus will be on you, I’ll be able to ensure your positioning throughout, that you're engaging the correct muscles, and progress you as we see fit.
We offer both 1:1 Pilates classes & 1:1 Barre classes, as well as fusions of Pilates and Barre. We will however always remain a Pilates Studio at heart, promoting movement for mind and body. From October 2025, we will also be offering 1:1 Reformer Pilates.
Ahead of your first 1:1, we recommend booking in an initial consultation. In this session, we will go through what it is you're wanting to achieve through 1:1s, make a plan together for your sessions and you will also be taken through a bespoke class plan.
