A Pilates class for everyone with a range of classical and creative mat based exercises. This class will challenge your stability, strength and control, through a focus on core, glute and postural muscle work.
With progressions and modifications offered throughout, our Signature Pilates class is perfect for beginners to advanced.

PILATES DYNAMIC FLOW
Mondays 1915-2000
Get your week off to an energetic start with this quicker paced Pilates class. Based on the sixth Pilates principle of 'flow', in this class you will be guided through classical and contemporary Pilates sequences in a fluid yet dynamic fashion.
Set to an upbeat playlist, this class will bring the heat, challenging your core, firing up your glutes and leaving you feeling stronger and more supple, as well as strengthening muscles key to daily functioning.
This class is suited for mid-beginner level through to advanced.

BARRE-LATES

Inspired by ballet and Pilates, Barre is a full body toning workout set to music.
Combining the principles of Pilates along with the energy of Barre, think high reps and low impact, this class will be all about fun through movement, reaching muscles you didn’t know existed.
Absolutely no ballet experience required!

I’M ALICE
I fell in love with Pilates when pregnant with my first child. It helped me to stay strong throughout my pregnancy and get my strength back postnatally. I then qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor specialising in Pre & Post Natal Pilates when I was pregnant with my second. I’m also a STOTT certified Total Barre instructor.
I’m passionate about making people feel good through movement, to love their body for how it moves, and to understand the transformative power of Pilates for reconnecting body and mind.
I believe that Pilates is for EVERYONE
